Kundalini Yoga is often described as the yoga of awareness and is the oldest lineage of yoga, pre-datng even the asana (postures) popularized by Western yoga practices. The ancient technology of these exercises and meditations boosts our energy and vitality by releasing old energy and patterns so we can fully shine and show up as our true selves. This is not your typical yoga class, but the results will amaze you! During this workshop, I will teach you the very basics of Kundalini Yoga in order to prepare you for our kriya (practice). I will then guide you through The Kriya for Elevation - a full energetic body tune-up to exercise the spine and balance the chakras. This practice is accessible to everyone.
At the end, you'll be ale to enjoy an extended savasana while I take you on a sound journey to integrate and activate the work we've just done. Using a variety of instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and more, you'll be transported to a deep meditative state while the soothing vibrations continue to restore balance to your whole system. You'll leave feeling refreshed and renewed!
Each participant will also receive a handmade 7 chakra gemstone bracelet.
